Cancellation Policy

Please notice: Cancellations must be made through the original booking channel.
For reservations made directly through the hotel or the Zyvotel website, cancellations must be submitted in writing. You can cancel your reservation via email, fax, through the website, or in person at the hotel's office. The cancellation will be considered effective on the date the hotel receives your request.
According to Israel's Consumer Protection Law (1981), guests can cancel a reservation within 7 days of booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 2 days before the scheduled check-in date. In this case, any advance payment will be fully refunded.
If the cancellation is not made according to the above guidelines, the following policy will apply:
- Up to 7 days before check-in: Full refund of the advance payment.
- 7 days or less before check-in: One night's charge will apply.
- No-show (without prior cancellation): The full cost of the reservation will be charged.
During July, August, and Israeli holidays:
  • 14+ days before arrival: No cancellation fee for cancellation or any change.
  • Less than 14 days before arrival: Full charge for the reservation.
